Golf carts are legal on streets marked 35 mph or less.

Carts are permitted to travel eight (8) miles north or south on Gulf Boulevard from your rental location.

Golf carts are registered as motor vehicles and all the rules of the road apply.

A refundable $250 security deposit is required on all rentals.
